MDMF provides education and resources to enable dancers of all genres, ages and abilities to dance healthy. We interact with dancers in various ways, including our annual dancer conferences, free clinics, on-site seminars and assessments. In addition, our medical experts partner with local dance studios and companies in order to keep their dancers safely performing at optimal levels.
Minnesota Dance Medicine offers free consultations for dancers at the Cowles Center for Dance & the Performing Arts. The clinic is free for dancers of all ages and experience.
Ask the experts.
Ask the Experts is an open forum offered to dance educators and dancers of all ages and backgrounds. Minnesota Dance Medicine Foundation members will speak on a topic of interest, and be available to answer questions regarding injury prevention and strength training as it applies to the dancer.
Attend the conference.
